Issue: Unable to Access MPT/ERP/ExDM
Summary: If you are experiencing difficulty accessing the MPT, ERP, or ExDM systems, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
Step 1: Clear Browser History
- Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
- Go to your browser’s settings menu (usually found in the top-right corner).
- Find the Privacy and Security section.
- Click on Clear browsing data.
- Ensure that Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files are selected.
- Set the time range to All time and click Clear data.
- Close and reopen your browser, then try accessing the system again.
Step 2: Flush DNS
If clearing your browser history does not resolve the issue, flush your DNS cache by following these steps:
For Windows:
- Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
- Type cmd and press Enter to open the Command Prompt.
- In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter:
ipconfig /flushdns
- You should see a message saying the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.
- Close the Command Prompt and try accessing the system again.
Step 3: Submit a Support Ticket
If you are still unable to access the system after following the steps above, submit a support ticket by sending an email to support@pariusa.com. Include a brief description of the issue and any steps you've already taken.
